First week of January 2012 my brother and sister's I-130 was filed.

 In one package my mom sent the following to the USCIS Phoenix lockbox:

Signed I-130 (2)
2 personal check for $420 each for bro and sis I-130
Photocopy of mom's Greed Card (Front & back)
Passport copy (Mom), biographic page
Orig &copy of birth certificate (mom)
Orig & copy of marriage certificate(mom&dad)
Beneficiary's (bro & sis)Birth Certificate (orig &copy)
